Abstract: In order to improve the evaluation of Quality Project, this paper designs an intelligent evaluation management system. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is introduced in this system according fuzziness of evaluation factors. This model is used to evaluate every step of the procedure including initial application, middle examination, and final inspection. It can guarantee the scientificalness and fairness of the evaluation and further improve the management efficiency and service quality.
